Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go ahead, but there is the risk of brushing up against the lurking true nature of the god Ashura that is sealed within. Proceed at your own risk at that point, you may wake it up. If this is the intent, we should talk because plottings could be awesome. If just shallow surface thoughts/feelings being read?
